ABOUT THE ROLE

We seek a safety, security, and/or fire protection professional to safeguard persons, property, and assets by monitoring entrances, patrolling grounds, and managing unauthorized parking. The ideal candidate will have high energy, creativity, problem-solving skills, and a team-oriented mindset, prioritizing what is right.

Safety & Security officers are responsible for creating a world-class experience while ensuring a safe environment for clients.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

1. Patrol assigned areas, respond to emergencies, assist in searches, and report hazards.
2. Respond to emergency and assistance calls, notifying emergency personnel as needed.
3. Assist with building evacuations, crowd, and traffic control.
4. Respond to suspicious persons, safety hazards, and illegal activities.
5. Complete logs and reports of activities.
6. Maintain and inspect emergency and safety equipment.
7. Handle door lock and guest safebox issues.
8. Conduct investigations when required.
9. Escort personnel as needed.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Preferably 1-year related experience in security, safety, or fire prevention.
• Knowledge of security standards and methods.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Experience in conflict resolution, de-escalation, and threat response.
• Ability to handle stressful situations tactfully and discreetly.
• Valid security certifications and licenses.
• Effective communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Dependability, enthusiasm, and business acumen.
• First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
• Security training certification preferred.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Valid PLRD Security License.
