Job summary

Seacare Manpower Services is seeking a Safety and Risk Management professional to coordinate workplace safety initiatives, organize training, and develop advisories based on incidents and trends. You will support supervisors in documenting serious incidents and monitor progress of bizSAFE training.

The role requires a degree with strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills, plus familiarity with LMS and adult learning principles. 1 year contract, immediate start, Singapore-based.

Qualifications

• Degree holder; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Certification in WSH, bizSAFE and/or ACLP is an advantage.
• Experience in safety management, policy development, training management or e-learning is preferred.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Good facilitation, presentation and communication skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with e-learning development and Learning Management Systems.
• Understanding of adult learning principles for training development.
• Strong interpersonal, organisational and collaboration skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support workplace safety and risk management initiatives.
• Organise communities of practice, safety briefings and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Develop and communicate safety advisories based on incidents and safety trends.
• Support supervisors in analysing and documenting serious safety incidents.
• Coordinate customised bizSAFE training and monitor training progress.
• Support safety stakeholders and provide coordination on safety-related matters.
• Assist in developing practical safety measures, frameworks and improvement initiatives.
• Perform other safety and risk management duties as assigned.
