HENG GOT MANPOWER PTE. LTD. is seeking a qualified Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) to implement and enforce safety policies on construction sites in Singapore.

The role includes inspections, risk assessments, audits, and investigations into incidents, with reporting and corrective actions. The candidate will conduct toolbox talks, safety trainings, and ensure PPE compliance while coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and government authorities.

Qualifications

• WSHO certification required.
• Experience in construction site safety management preferred.
• Familiar with Singapore WSH Act and construction safety regulations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage site safety effectively.
