SAFETY MANAGER

About the role

Our client, Quality Engineering Pte Ltd, is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Safety Manager to join their team. This is a full-time role that will play a crucial part in ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of our employees on construction sites.

What you'll be doing

• Developing, implementing and monitoring comprehensive health and safety policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance

• Conducting regular site inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential risks

• Providing training and coaching to employees on safety best practices

• Investigating and reporting on incidents, accidents and near-misses

• Collaborating with project managers and site supervisors to integrate safety considerations into all aspects of construction activities

• Staying up-to-date with the latest health and safety regulations and industry best practices

• Maintaining accurate record-keeping and documentation related to safety activities

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Safety Manager in the construction industry

• Thorough understanding of relevant health and safety regulations and legislation

• Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge in ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards
