Le candidat idéal possède un diplôme en Santé, Sécurité et Environnement, avec des certifications WSH et une expérience dans des milieux industriels ou de construction.

Qualifications

• Certifications en WSH Level B, Certificat d'Officier WSH et Manager de Sécurité Incendie requis.
• Expérience antérieure dans des environnements de construction ou industriels préférable.
• Connaissance solide de la législation ESH et des normes ISO.

Responsibilities

• Développer et mettre en œuvre des plans de santé et de sécurité conformes à la législation.
• Effectuer des inspections, audits et enquêtes d'incidents sur le lieu de travail.
• Agir en tant que représentant pour les normes WSH et ISO.

We're Hiring: Safety Manager

Location: 20 Jalan Lekar
Company: OneO2Hydroculture Pte Ltd
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: Basic $5,000 – $6,000 + $50 HP Allowance (Claimable)
Leave Benefits: 18 days annual leave + MOM-regulated leaves post-confirmation

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Safety Manager to join our team! You’ll take the lead in building a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with WHS/WSH/ISO standards, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement health & safety plans in line with legal requirements

• Conduct workplace inspections, audits, and incident investigations

• Act as the Management Representative for WSH and ISO (9001, 14001, 45001)

• Liaise with government bodies, consultants, and auditors on WHS matters

• Oversee dormitory administration and compliance

• Lead toolbox meetings, WSH committee sessions, and critical work planning

• Maintain risk assessments, safe work procedures, and QEHS documentation

️ What You Bring:

• Registered Safety Officer/Coordinator with MOM

• Certified in WSH Level B, WSH Officer Cert, and Fire Safety Manager

• A degree in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

• Strong working knowledge of ESH legislation and ISO standards

• Prior experience in construction or industrial settings preferred

• Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
