Job description

Jurong Pier (Transport p/u at Lakeside)

8.15am - 5.30pm (Mon - Thur), 8.15am - 5pm (Fri)

Responsibilities

• Ensure the plant complies with relevant Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations, guidelines and codes of practice
• Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential hazards on site
• Maintain all safety records, including inspection logs, safety training records, incident reports and risk assessments
• Forklift training program and periodical training update for forklift drivers
• Lead HSE committee
• Prepare and submit detailed incident reports to management and relevant authorities in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Organize and conduct fire emergency response drills twice per year
• Production facilities maintenance and safety to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or related field with minimum 3 years of work experience
• Registered workplace safety & health officer
• FSM, Occupational First Aid Course (OFA)
• Good knowledge in ISO OHSAS 45001 and ISO14001 will be added advantage
• Computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point)
