Position Title: Facilities & Safety Executive / Safety & Maintenance Executive

Working Location: Loyang (Transport provided)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm

Salary Package: Up to $4500 + Variable Bonus (Twice yearly)

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Regularly inspect and maintain building facilities and equipment.
• Manage routine maintenance and repairs with contractors, covering systems like HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Keep facility supplies stocked and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to reduce downtime.
• Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of office spaces and shared facilities.
• Conduct safety inspections, manage risk assessments, and oversee high‑risk work permissions.
• Regularly check and maintain fire safety equipment, organize drills, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors for services including cleaning, pest control, and security.
• Assist in facility projects and perform additional administrative or operational tasks as required.

Qualifications

• ITE qualification in Building Services, Facilities Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in facilities or safety management.
• Knowledge of building maintenance, workplace safety, and fire safety regulations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with facility management software.
• Certifications in Fire Safety Management or Workplace Safety & Health are a plus.
• Capable of minor repairs and flexible working hours.
