Job description

• WSH Specialist [ Workplace Safety & Health Officer ]
• Site at Outram Park, HQ at Changi Business Park
• Mon to Fri, from 8.30am to 5.15pm
• Salary is $5,000 - $7000 + 14 AL + Variable Bonus [ No AWS ]

Current project: Healthcare construction in Outram Park, interview at HQ and working location at Outram Park.

Requirements: Degree holder with at least 8 years' experience in main contractor industry as WSH Officer.

Workplace Safety Management

• Spearhead the establishment and maintenance of Safety & Health Management Systems (SHMS) on-site
• Implement and uphold project and corporate SHMS protocols
• Identify, assess, and mitigate workplace and process-related risks
• Propose and enforce safe work procedures
• Enhance workplace safety performance through strategic measures
• Ensure adherence to Company’s Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and standards
• Ensure compliance with Statutory Requirements under MOM and NEA
• Contribute actively to the corporate EHS Committee
• Conduct in-house safety training sessions
• Develop and execute EHS plans, trainings, meetings, and promotional activities
• Conduct routine workplace inspections to identify and address hazards and risks promptly
• Enforce EHS / OSH regulations at the workplace
• Serve as secretary for the WSH Committee and preside in the absence of the chairman
• Investigate, manage, report, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders on accidents or EHS non-compliance incidents
• Undertake additional duties as assigned by superiors
