Job summary

Une entreprise de construction dynamique recherche un superviseur de sécurité pour gérer les activités de sécurité sur site. Le poste nécessite des certificats spécialisés en sécurité et une expérience dans l'industrie de la construction. Vous aurez la responsabilité de garantir la conformité aux règles de sécurité et d'améliorer constamment les pratiques de sécurité sur le site.

Qualifications

• Au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie de la construction.
• Bonne communication et compétences interpersonnelles.
• Connaissance approfondie des réglementations de sécurité.

Responsibilities

• Gérer les activités de sécurité quotidiennes sur site.
• Préparer des évaluations des risques et des procédures de travail sûres.
• Conduire des inspections de sécurité régulières.

Job description

Requirements:

• Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health
• Building Construction Safety Supervisors Certificate
• Good to have WAH Assessor and/or Confined Space Assessor certificate
• At least 3 years of working experience in the construction industry
• Experience in civil / building / excavation works
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Diligent and hardworking
• Strong in safety documents preparation (RA/SWP/MOS/IR etc)
• 6 Days Work Week (Ability to work beyond normal working hours)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee overall daily safety activities on site
• Execute safety tasks according to MOM rules & regulations
• Conduct regular safety inspections to eliminate hazards and ensure safety compliance
• Prepare risk assessments and safe work procedures
• Supervise fieldwork to ensure safety compliance for all staff and subcontractors
• Liaise with site operations on safety and health issues
• Maintain records of safety orientation and daily toolbox meetings
• Implement the company's safety management system
• Investigate complaints and recommend corrective actions
• Report safety violations to management
• Conduct daily site safety inspections
• Review and endorse Risk Assessments and SWPs
• Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements
• Investigate workplace accidents and injuries
• Prepare safety-related reports and documents
• Support in-house safety training programs
• Recommend and implement actions to improve safety and efficiency
