A construction safety firm in Singapore seeks a Safety Supervisor to manage daily safety activities and ensure compliance with regulations. Candidates should have an Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health and at least 3 years of experience in the construction industry. Qualifications

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee overall daily safety activities on site
- Executing safety tasks according to MOM rules & regulations
- Conduct regular safety inspections to eliminate hazards and ensure safety regulations are compiled
- Do in risk preparation of safe work procedures and risk assessment, etc.
- Supervise fieldwork to ensure safety compliance for all staff and subcontractors.
- Liaise with site operations on safety and health issues.
- Maintain records of safety orientation and daily toolbox meetings.
- Implementing the company's safety management system.
- Investigate complaints and recommend actions.
- Report safety violations to management.
- Conduct daily site inspections for safety compliance.
- Carry out regular site safety inspections and enforce compliance.
- Review and endorse Risk Assessments and SWP
- Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Investigate workplace accidents and injuries.
- Preparing safety-related reports and documents.
- Support in-house safety training programs.
- Recommend and implement actions to improve safety and efficiency.
