Job summary

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in LTA Railway projects.
  • Fluent in English; able to conduct training sessions.
  • Knowledge of ConSASS, ISO45001, ISO14001, and bizSAFE Certification preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Inspect work site conditions for safety compliance.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and recommend improvements.
  • Submit and file safety records/documents timely.
  • Assist in managing accidents/incidents and implement mitigating measures.
  • Implement and monitor Health and Safety Program at the site.
  • Report employee safety concerns to HSE Department.
  • Communicate potential hazards to the work team.
  • Maintain HSE documentation and records.
  • Assist in safety training and briefings.
  • Assist in emergency response and provide first aid.
  • Perform other duties as specified in WSH Act and Regulations or assigned by WSH Officer.
Job Requirements
  • WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B).
  • WSQ Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health (SDWSH) preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in LTA Railway projects.
  • Fluent in English; able to conduct training sessions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of ConSASS, ISO45001, ISO14001, and bizSAFE Certification preferred.
  • Advanced Certification in Training and Assessment preferred.
  • Willing to work in night shifts.
