Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Supervise fieldwork to ensure safety compliance for all staff and subcontractors.
- Liaise with site operations on safety and health issues.
- Maintain records of safety orientation and daily toolbox meetings.
- Assist in implementing the company's safety management system.
- Investigate complaints and recommend actions.
- Report safety violations to management.
- Conduct daily site inspections for safety compliance.
- Carry out regular site safety inspections and enforce compliance.
- Review and endorse Risk Assessments.
- Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Investigate workplace accidents and injuries.
- Assist in preparing safety-related reports and documents.
- Support in-house safety training programs.
- Recommend and implement actions to improve safety and efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid WSHO/Level B Safety Coordinator certificate.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Engineering/ Construction Industry.
- In accordance with statutory project requirements, preference will be accorded to local candidates.
- Relevant supervisory course certifications (e.g., WAH, Confined Space) are a plus.
- Candidates should be dynamic, self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
- Preparedness to respond to emergencies when necessary.
- A valid driving license is preferred; alternative transportation arrangements can be discussed.
