Job Description
- Preparation of Environmental, Health, and Safety Management System
- Develop, review, implement, and maintain workplace safety, health, and environmental control standards to comply with legal requirements
- Monitor and inspect work sites to ensure that safe work practices are carried out in all work operations
- Perform risk assessment, Environmental Impact and Aspect, job safety analysis, safety procedures/checklists, safety matters, etc.
- Preparation of I-Report, conduct investigations, and advise on preventive solutions for accidents
- Prepare reports and information to disseminate on safety compliance and activities to management and relevant stakeholders
- Coordinate and conduct safety briefings, Emergency Fire Drills, training for workers, safety committee meetings, organize safety events to raise employee awareness and knowledge
- Supervise and attend to all issues related to workplace safety, health, and environmental control
- Maintain up-to-date WSHC relevant Act and requirements
- Liaise and communicate with site operation staff, project managers, contractors, and third parties on all safety and health issues
- Preparation of the Company's ISO 9001/14001/45001 and GGBS Audit documents
- Any other assignments as assigned
