Job Description:
- Should have intermediate knowledge about SAAS and in general IT Sales.
- Should be able to monitor competitors' activities and assist in marketing intelligence.
- Should be aware of sales strategy and goals when selling to negotiate optimum rates for the benefit of the business.
- Should have the experience to achieve sales targets with respect to MOM, QOQ, and YOY basis.
- Should have the ability to manage a team and sustain sales target pressure.
- Should have an open view to learn about the industry and the ability to sell accordingly.
- Should have the ability to communicate with international clients through all modes of communication.
- Should have the ability to sell all facets of DCM products to optimize revenue opportunities.
- Should have an idea about different industries and sub-industries.
- Should be able to monitor existing business and contribute to sales strategy meetings to maximize opportunities.
- Should be able to grow existing business and pursue all appropriate leads.
- Should be able to recruit, hire, and build a high-performing sales team with deep industry knowledge and strong sales skills.
- Should provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities for team members.
- Should foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.
- Should monitor individual and team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Should stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the marketing industry.
- Should develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and key industry players.
- Should leverage industry knowledge to identify new sales opportunities and build client trust.
- Should stay informed about relevant sales and marketing technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Should collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless technology integration into the sales process.
- Should work with leadership in preparing and managing the sales & marketing budget.
- Should assist in preparing the annual departmental operating budget.
- Should manage key accounts based on revenue history.
- Should be willing to travel as required to promote the hotel and develop potential business.
- Should maintain regular contact within the team.
- Should travel as needed to promote the DCM product and develop potential business.
- Should manage operations timely regarding future and existing customer needs.
- Should work with other department managers to ensure proper channel flow for better sales volumes.
