SA/AVP, Regional Business Management Specialist, Group IBG Digital Channels, Institutional Business Group

We are seeking a dynamic and analytically-minded Business Management Specialist to join the IBG Digital Channels team. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a team that delivers a world-class digital banking experience for corporate and SME customers across 7 markets. Contribute to strategic business initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in digital transformation and multi-market operations.

Responsibilities

1. Strategic Business Support
   • Support the development and implementation of comprehensive business strategies for digital channels across regional markets.
   • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the bank, such as product, marketing, tech, and COO, to understand key business imperatives and assist in the rollout of strategic programs to ensure seamless implementation.
   • Work with data analytics teams to develop and optimize dashboards for accurate and timely business reporting.
   • Monitor and report on key performance indicators and strategic initiative progress across all markets.
   • Embrace a growth mindset and recommend business management practices, adopting new technologies such as Generative AI.
2. Communications Strategy & Delivery
   • Develop and execute comprehensive digital channels communication strategies to drive user adoption and engagement.
   • Lead multi-channel communication initiatives, coordinating efforts across email, social media, in-app messaging, and other digital touchpoints.
   • Build messaging frameworks to ensure consistency across channels and resonance with customers.
   • Create internal communications materials to promote awareness and understanding of digital initiatives.
   • Analyze communication performance metrics and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent in business administration, communications, marketing, finance, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in business analysis, digital marketing, or strategic planning.
• Experience with digital channels, analytic tools, marketing, and customer communications.
• Experience in planning and executing strategic initiatives to drive business goals.
• Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
