Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH in Singapore is seeking a Real World Evidence (RWE) Manager to lead evidence-generation across ASEAN, South Korea, and New Zealand, aligning science, business and patient priorities. You will coordinate RWE projects (NIS, NTA, IIS, ECR) and ensure timely planning, execution, reporting and disclosure.

You will collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access and external partners, manage budgets and timelines, oversee CROs and vendors, and drive governance and quality

Qualifications

• Relevant degree(s) in epidemiology, health economics/outcomes research, medicine or life sciences.
• At least 3 years of Real World Evidence work experience in pharma.
• Knowledge of RWE design, execution and reporting.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration across regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead RWE projects (NIS, NTA, IIS, ECR) across ASEAN and ASKAN regions.
• Coordinate planning, approval, execution, reporting and disclosure of activities.
• Maintain data in CTMS/eCTMF and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, risks and stakeholder alignment.
• Engage with CROs, HCPs and research partners; vendor oversight.
• Provide status updates and insights to support decision making.
