Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Resident Technical Officer supervising C&S and architecture work.
• Experience in top-down construction and bored piles, raft foundation.
• Familiar with local regulations/codes for Civil & Structural works.

Responsibilities

• Assist the RE in supervising construction works.
• Quality control of all civil, structural and architectural works.
• Monitor progress of works and report delays immediately.
• Maintain records of works, materials, and equipment.
