Job summary

HR-PRO RECRUITMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. is supporting a Finance & Client Services function in Singapore. The Analyst/Associate role focuses on RSF transaction execution, KYC onboarding, and comprehensive client servicing to ensure efficient cash and RSF operations.

You will partner with Front Office and Clients, drive process automation via Excel macros, and contribute to regulatory-driven projects and system enhancements within FCS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Banking & Finance.
• 2-3 years of experience in Banking, Middle Office, KYC or client servicing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong Excel capabilities, including macros for automation (preferred).
• Familiarity with RSF products (factoring, receivables financing, supplier finance) is a plus.
• Highly analytical with ability to identify key information, assess risks and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end RSF transaction flow with clients and internal teams, including KYC onboarding and reporting.
• Validate supporting documents against internal credit approvals and handle post-transaction checks.
• Provide daily/weekly rates for loans and deposits, and manage loan/deposit processing and client inquiries.
• Act as central contact for Front Office and clients on RSF-related matters and support onboarding of RSF programs.
• Use Excel macros and automation tools to improve workflow efficiency and assist UAT/test improvements.
