Job description

Join to apply for the RQ25-090425-009 - L2 Production Support role at Technopals Pte Ltd.

Responsibilities:

  1. Support the bank’s blockchain platform projects and enhancements.
  2. Collaborate with the Project Manager and Subject Matter Experts to develop technical solutions based on requirements from Business and Application teams.
  3. Provide L2 support for the digital asset trading platform and custody services.
  4. Ensure application's infrastructure and OS are up to date with approved patches and versions.
  5. Conduct capacity planning and performance management to maintain stability.
  6. Work in shifts for 24/7 on-site or on-call support.
  7. Manage incident and problem resolution, applying SRE best practices.
  8. Use root cause analysis to resolve complex system issues.
  9. Follow up post-resolution to ensure issues are fully resolved.
  10. Communicate issues and updates to stakeholders.
  11. Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams across various technologies.
  12. Drive continuous system improvements, including automating jobs and performance tuning.
  13. Proactively monitor system health and ensure timely resolution of tickets.
  14. Build and manage a strong production support team.

Requirements:

  1. At least 8 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 4 years in digital custody and exchange systems.
  2. Strong knowledge of Linux, AWS, MariaDB, OracleDB, IBM MQ, and related technologies.
  3. Experience with FIX protocol, client onboarding, session management.
  4. Hands-on experience with SVN, Jenkins, JIRA.
  5. Ability to detect and resolve issues quickly.
  6. Experience in production support and release management.
  7. Proven leadership across teams in different locations.
  8. Availability for 24/7 support, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  9. Familiarity with banking system interfaces; blockchain node management is a plus.
