Job description

We’re looking for a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable bots that streamline repetitive business processes. You’ll work closely with business teams to deliver reliable automations using platforms like UiPath and Power Automate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using UiPath, Power Automate, or similar tools
• Collaborate with business users to gather and refine automation requirements
• Build robust workflows with exception handling, error logging, and alert mechanisms
• Maintain documentation, bot design specifications, and performance tracking dashboards
• Continuously identify, evaluate, and recommend new automation opportunities
• Ensure timely delivery of production-ready bots within sprint cycles

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with UiPath, Power Automate, or similar RPA platforms
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, VBA) and system/API integration
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working both independently and in cross-functional teams
• Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and iterative development cycles
