Job description

The Opportunity:

A highly motivated and skilled RPA Developer with hands-on experience in UiPath and Python to join our automation team. The position will be responsible for analysing business processes, designing automation solutions, and developing, testing, and deploying RPA bots. The ideal candidate combines strong technical capabilities with problem-solving skills and a passion for streamlining operations.

Responsibilities:

• Working with process and product owners to design, develop and test the automation workflows through deployment of bots, logging tools, dashboards, etc.
• Organize and support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions locally and internationally
• Create process and user documentations
• Assist business and process owners in the construction of business cases and opportunity identification to further advocate and support adoption of RPA solutions in the organization
• Support the project manager and/or product owner in managing timeline, deliverables, budget, quality of the solutions
• Seek best practices, and continuous improvement within and outside of the Process & Tools department
• Provide data and reports linked to the development and implementation (run) of the solutions

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
• More than 1 year of experience with UiPath and Python (academic projects, internships, or certifications are a plus).
• Competent experience in RPA development using UiPath Studio and UiPath products, SQL and relational databases, and application development
• Development of RPA in SAP environment
• Experience in process analysis, design and implementation; management of UAT and bug fixes; Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Develop Python scripts for automation
• Understanding of basic SQL queries or database concepts.
• Git, Bitbucket or version control experience Experienced in conducting user acceptance testing, formulating documentation and provide end-user training
• Creative thinker able to come up with a wide variety of solutions to the same problem.
• Self-starter that can thrives in a fast-moving environment
• Passion for solving end users’ problems using cutting-edge solutions
• Good communication skills and ability to present to small/medium groups
