You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of automated processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support: Provide ongoing support for existing RPA solutions, addressing any issues or enhancements as needed. Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot problems to ensure smooth operation.
• Maintenance: Regularly monitor RPA performance and conduct necessary maintenance to optimize functionality. Implement updates and improvements to existing automation processes based on performance metrics and user feedback.
• Development: Design, develop, and deploy new RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath or Blue Prism. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and develop solutions that meet business needs.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for RPA processes, including process definitions, technical specifications, and user guides to ensure clarity and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in RPA technology. Proactively suggest enhancements and improvements to existing automation processes.

Requirements:
