Ren Ci Hospital in Singapore is seeking a Physiotherapist to provide assessment and rehabilitation services for residents. You will rotate across Community Hospital, Chronic Sick Unit, Nursing Home, and Senior Care Centre, delivering personalized treatment plans and supervising learners where applicable.

You will work with the AHPC guidelines, collaborate with doctors and allied health colleagues, and maintain accurate records while supporting holistic community healthcare.

Competenze

• Degree in Physiotherapy recognised by MOH/AHPC.
• Registered with AHPC with a valid practising certificate.
• Experience in geriatric community hospital, long‑term care, or nursing home setting is an advantage.
• Membership with the Singapore Physiotherapy Association is highly encouraged.

Mansioni

• Provide physiotherapy assessment and treatment to support rehabilitation of patients and residents.
• Maximise rehabilitation potential and improve quality of life through restoration of movement and functional ability.
• Work in a rotational role across Community Hospital, Chronic Sick Unit, Nursing Home, and Senior Care Centre settings.
• Develop, implement, review, and modify individualised treatment plans and rehabilitation goals.
• Deliver physiotherapy interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, functional training, gait and balance training, and use of assistive devices.
• Educate patients and caregivers, and communicate effectively with doctors and allied health professionals.
