Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in at least one language (Go and TypeScript preferred).
• Curiosity about how systems fit together and how the business actually makes money.
• Growth mindset: eager to learn, iterate, take feedback, and take on more responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across functional units and ship full-stack changes across banking, trading, investment, and internal products.
• Learn the codebase, tooling and review culture by taking features from ticket to production.
• Work with senior engineers to understand systems and trade-offs behind them; use AI tools to improve velocity and quality.
• Contribute to code reviews and design discussions as you grow, owning small end-to-end domains over time.
