Job summary

Merck in Singapore is offering a 24-month rotational Development Programme within Engineering Services at the Tuas site. You will rotate through Energy Engineering, Maintenance Engineering and Topic 6.2, gaining hands-on experience across engineering disciplines within a regulated biomedical manufacturing environment.

You will work with Engineering Services, Operations, Quality and other stakeholders to support safe, reliable, compliant and cost-effective site operations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three planned rotations covering Energy Engineering, Maintenance Engineering and Topic 6.2, with eight months in each rotation.
• Complete assigned technical, operational, project and improvement activities under rotation leads.
• Develop knowledge of Engineering Services processes, site equipment, quality systems, safety and priorities.
• Maintain learning objectives, milestones, records and progress updates.
• Prepare and present findings, recommendations and project updates at milestones.
• Support handovers between rotations and apply learning across areas.
