Job description

Position Summary

Room Attendant is responsible in ensuring the cleanliness of rooms and public spaces. He/she will come in contact with guests and will need to have positive guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining cleanliness, tidiness of the guest rooms & attending guest requests.
• Able to work in a team and work closely with the floor supervisor.
• Ensure that the guest rooms, corridors & service areas are well maintained. This includes making room beds, vacuuming floor, dusting, cleaning bathrooms and re-stocking minibar etc.
• Be trained in simple Engineering tasks - Clear Basin Choke, descale shower head, change remote control battery.
• Any other duties as and when assigned.
