The ideal candidate must hold a Higher Nitec in engineering and possess at least one year of experience in the railway sector. Strong knowledge in various systems and effective interpersonal skills are also essential. This position involves working shifts and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in railway industry.
• Knowledge in electrical/electronic/pneumatic and air conditioning systems.
• Able to perform 3 rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team for scheduled tasks on trains and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with maintenance standards and safety procedures.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance tasks within the team.
• Responsible for team safety, welfare, and discipline.
• Perform inspections of maintenance areas and report hazards.
