Robotics Service Technician

About the role

We are seeking a talented Robotics Service Technician to join our dynamic team at Gyromatic Innovation Pte Ltd. As a Robotics Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing expert maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting services for our innovative robotic systems. This full-time role will play a crucial part in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our state-of-the-art robotic technologies.

What you'll be doing

• Performing scheduled preventative maintenance on robotic systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with robotic equipment, identifying and resolving problems efficiently

• Repairing and replacing faulty components, following detailed technical manuals and schematics

• Providing on-site support and training to customers on the proper usage and care of robotic systems

• Collaborating with the engineering team to implement upgrades and improvements to robotic designs

• Maintaining detailed service records and documentation to support ongoing maintenance and warranty claims

What we're looking for

• Diploma or degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related technical discipline

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience as a Robotics Service Technician or in a similar role

• Strong understanding of robotic systems, including their mechanical, electrical, and software components

• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical schematics, manuals, and documentation

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently

• Good communication skills to liaise effectively with customers and the engineering team

• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed to provide on-site support and maintenance
