Job summary

NCS Pte Ltd is seeking an aspiring cybersecurity professional to support the security design and implementation for our Robotic Fleet Manager and Robot Agents. You will work closely with engineers to understand and reinforce secure communication and code security.

You'll gain hands-on exposure to IoT/OT security, VAPT concepts, and secure coding practices, while learning how security considerations apply to publicly deployed robots across our APAC footprint.

Qualifications

• Interest in cybersecurity, network security, or IoT/OT security.
• Foundational understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, network architecture, common vulnerabilities).
• Basic familiarity with secure coding practices, or willingness to learn.
• Exposure to penetration testing / VAPT concepts a plus.
• Comfortable reading and working within an existing codebase to identify and remediate issues.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of security functions for Robotic Fleer Manager and Robot Agents
• Assess communication and networking conditions across deployed robot fleets
• Assist in designing secure network architecture for robot systems
• Support pre-VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing) activities and hardening of the existing codebase
• Gain exposure to real-world security considerations for publicly deployed robots
