Job summary

NTUC LearningHub Pte Ltd is seeking a dual-role Trainer and Course Developer to lead practical training on robotic arms and mobile robots. You will design and deliver project-based curricula and develop materials that translate theory into real-world skills.

The role requires robotics expertise, ROS programming, and the ability to work with industry partners to keep content up to date with the latest practices. This is a full-time position based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in robotics or mechatronics.
• Certifications in Learning & Development (e.g., ACLP/ACTA) are preferred.
• 3–5 years of robotics industry experience.
• Strong ROS programming and robot operations expertise.
• Proficient in inverse kinematics and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions on robotic arms and mobile robots.
• Guide trainees through project-based learning for real-world mastery.
• Design and develop training materials on robotics programming and applications.
• Collaborate with industry partners to keep content current with trends.
