Job summary

Movel AI in Singapore is seeking an enthusiastic technical support engineering intern to liaise with clients worldwide, helping with integration and installation of our robotics software on their robots.

You will own customer issues, diagnose and troubleshoot with the engineering team, and assist during on-site client deployments in Singapore. The role requires strong C++, Python, Linux, ROS, and Docker skills, good English, and clear communication.

A small stipend is provided for this internship.

Qualifications

• Must be currently based in Singapore.
• Interest in robotics industry.
• Strong programming skills in C++, Python, Linux, ROS, and Docker.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and propose solutions to the engineering team to resolve the client’s system issues.
• Follow standard procedures for escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Set up and tune robots (transformations, odometry, sensors, footprint, navigation plugins, and more).
