Job Description

• Lead and participate actively in the installation, commissioning, and optimization of robotic systems, ensuring alignment with project timelines and specifications.
• Oversee the integration of robotic systems with PLCs, SCADA systems, and other industrial automation infrastructure, ensuring interoperability and reliability.
• Conduct site visits for the installation, calibration, and validation of robotic systems, providing on-site technical support and troubleshooting.
• Perform rigorous system testing, including performance tuning, stress testing, and validation to meet quality and performance benchmarks.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including user manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and maintenance guidelines.
• Identify and implement improvements in robotic systems to enhance performance, reduce downtime, and increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT to develop and modify control algorithms, write and debug code for robotic applications using languages such as Python, C++, and ROS.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in robotics/automation applications.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex engineering projects using methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems and implement effective solutions.

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with hands-on fabrication techniques using tools like mills, drills, and lathes is advantageous.
• Proficiency in robotic programming languages and CAD software like Solidworks.
• Experience with PLC programming.
• Strong understanding of control systems and industrial automation.
