Job summary

Jet Aviation Inc. is seeking an experienced aviation professional to lead a team responsible for aircraft interior maintenance and refurbishment, delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced MRO environment.

You will supervise daily activities, coordinate seating, carpets, and interior components, plan manpower, and ensure projects meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards while maintaining strong customer service and effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Licensed Aircraft Engineer with B1 or B2 rating (CAAS or EASA preferred).
• 4–7 years of experience in MRO, RMU, or aircraft interior maintenance.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to coach and mentor trainees.
• Read and understand maintenance tasks and manuals in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily aircraft interior maintenance and refurbishment activities.
• Coordinate removal and installation of seats, carpets, sidewalls, monuments, furnishings, and other interior components.
• Plan and allocate manpower to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, and work progress.
• Work closely with Planning, Engineering, Logistics, Production, Project Managers, and customers.
• Support aircraft cabin modification and refurbishment projects.
• Identify and resolve operational issues impacting safety, quality, cost, or timelines.
• Ensure all work meets procedures, customer requirements, MOE standards, and applicable aviation regulations.
• Promote a safety, quality, FOD prevention, and housekeeping culture.
• Coach, guide, and share knowledge with technicians and trainees.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, turnaround time, and overall service quality.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, manpower, and operational performance.

• Experience supporting or supervising trainee development is an advantage.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience managing schedules, resources, and budgets.
• Basic project management knowledge, including cost and time control.
• Ability to read and understand aircraft maintenance tasks and technical manuals in English.

Occasional fuel fumes may permeate the workplace. Employee must be willing and able to work in all types of weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. The Hangar environment may be extreme hot and cold during certain seasons of the year.
