Team Introduction
The Risk Governance Operations Team is responsible for perceiving and reducing the prevalence of bad Ads through content and actor risk strategy management and risk platform enhancement. We aim to provide proactive and precise operations to preserve TikTok as a safe, positive, and welcoming environment for our users.
We are looking for a Risk Strategy & Operations Manager to design risk control strategies for TikTok Commercial Ads. This includes content security, behavioral risks, and other bottom-line user experience based on
Ad content, historical data, expert insights, and public opinion or legal regulatory trends.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret, analyze, and assess critical risks, emergency situations, and potential challenges. Develop and implement risk control operational plans and balance business revenue objectives with effective risk control
- Drive the integrity solution attribute the fluctuations of risk metrics, and quantify the differentiation power of risk features to provide a more accurate basis for governance actions
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, RD, and data science, accumulate and leverage risk mitigation and security capabilities to design and establish intelligent risk governance products, processes, and mechanisms
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, etc.
- 1+ years of experience in risk management (Content risk, account risk, after conversion risk. ) within the internet industry, demonstrating a keen insight into risks and rapid response capabilities
- Strong proficiency in data-driven operations, solid foundation in statistics, and adept use of data statistical tools such as SQL/Python
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to efficiently drive project implementation
