Our Risk Services Practice provides an invaluable safeguard in today’s complex operating environment with insights and independent assurance. We work with clients to deliver business control to help them protect and strengthen every aspect of their business, from people to performance, systems to strategy, and business resilience. We assist clients in managing, mitigating, and controlling risks ranging from cybersecurity breaches to supply chain disruptions. Our assessments cover technology, finance, data analytics, regulatory requirements, data security and privacy, internal audit, and third-party risks, helping clients achieve quality results and meet strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, validate, and apply credit risk models (e.g., IFRS 9, IRB, stress testing, ECL) and conduct credit risk underwriting, scoring, or analysis.
• Possess relevant experience in climate and nature risk, as well as enterprise risk management such as ICAAP, which would be advantageous.
• Experience with AI or machine learning is a plus.
• Understand Basel, MAS637 regulations, IFRS 9 regulations, and credit products.
• Identify opportunities for business development and monitor vulnerabilities related to risk developments.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in similar functions preferred.
• A good university degree in Finance or a quantitative discipline.
• Proficiency in Excel, VBA, SAS, SQL, and Python.
• Well-organized, able to work independently and creatively.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members, management, clients, and stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex risk concepts clearly.
• Persuasive, persistent, with high stress tolerance to meet stringent deadlines.
