Responsibilities
Prepare regular risk management reports to Senior Management and Headquarter.
Perform margin call and forced liquidation on derivatives trading.
Perform risk assessment and analysis for credit and trading limits.
Perform daily monitoring, limit excess control, and review of clients' portfolios.
Evaluate credit risk, identify potential risk issues, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Input credit-related parameters such as limit, risk groups, cross pledges, pricing, etc.
Monitor any adverse news/price movement through Bloomberg and other platforms with impact highlighted.
Perform portfolio analysis, stress testing, and simulation on clients' positions with management.
Perform portfolio analysis and market/issuer risk event monitoring for early identification of emerging collateral risks.
Perform regular updates on the margin ratio for Singapore and Global markets.
Review and update risk management policy and procedures.
Keep abreast of prevailing market conditions and regulatory requirements of credit risk management.
Streamline the workflow and upgrade internal systems to increase efficiency.
Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
Degree holder in business-related disciplines.
Minimum 1 year experience in risk management in the financial industry.
Knowledge of market risk, credit risk, and relevant regulatory requirements e.g. Securities and Futures Act, SGX DC/DT Rule.
CFA/FRM professional qualification is preferred.
Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin for effective communication with Chinese counterparts in Taiwan Head Office.
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer.
