Turner & Townsend is seeking a Risk Manager to identify and assess project risks, maintain risk registers, and collaborate with teams to ensure effective risk management. Ideal candidates will have a degree in a related field and at least 8 years of experience in risk management, providing a chance to contribute to impactful projects globally.

Identifying and assessing project risks and opportunities.
Developing and maintaining a comprehensive risk register.
Collaborating with project teams to define mitigation and contingency plans.
Monitoring and updating risk status throughout the project lifecycle.
Supporting decision-making processes with risk analysis and insights.
Ensuring compliance with company risk management policies and standards.
Facilitating risk workshops and training sessions for project teams.
Reporting on risk management activities to stakeholders and leadership.
Encouraging a culture of risk awareness and proactive management.
Qualitative and quantitative risk assessment including QSRA and QCRA methodologies in accordance with ISO31000 framework and industry best practice.
Interpret and present cost, schedule & risk analysis output to project leadership and review teams.
Continuously improving risk management processes and tools.
Degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
Minimum 8years’ experience in risk management for major projects and programmes preferred.
Experience with defining risk management strategy, risk management plan, risk management processes and working with the team to achieve a proactive risk management culture.
Experience in facilitating risk and opportunity workshops.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Familiarity with risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
Working experience with industry standard risk tools, such as Primavera Risk, Safran, Risk Hive
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical thinking with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
