Job summary

Clifford Capital in Singapore is seeking a candidate to assist with risk management of our commitments at a transaction level, requiring a keen interest in risk assessment, strong analytical abilities, and the capacity to understand complex documentation.

You will participate in the annual review of transactions, perform financial analysis on borrowers, assess projections and LGD, and contribute to risk analysis of transition and physical risks as well as GHG emissions.

Qualifications

• Completed or pursuing a degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Economics.
• Adept at Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Growth mindset, detail-oriented and solution-focused.
• Pleasant team player with initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision under tight timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in annual review of transactions, including financial analysis of Borrower, sensitivity analyses of projections and LGD assessment.
• Assist in analysis of transition risk, physical risk and GHG emissions at transaction level.
• Engage in systems related projects.
• Provide research on sector and counterparty analysis.
• Record decisions and discussions made at Credit Committees.
• Opportunity to analyse new transactions in the market when skills fit.
