Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Risk Management Executive to support enterprise risk management and compliance across business functions. You will identify, assess, and manage risks, strengthen internal controls, and assist in monitoring regulatory compliance.

Based in Singapore, the role collaborates with stakeholders to coordinate risk assessments, monitor mitigation actions, assist with audits, and prepare concise risk and compliance reports for management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in relevant fields as stated.
• 2–5 years of experience in risk management, compliance, governance, internal controls or audit.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the risk management framework.
• Coordinate and conduct risk assessments with business units to identify and manage key risks.
• Monitor risk mitigation actions and follow up with stakeholders on identified risks.
• Assist in reviewing and strengthening internal policies and business processes.
• Support compliance monitoring activities to ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
• Participate in internal and external audit activities, including documentation and follow-up on findings.
• Prepare risk, compliance, and management reports with accurate documentation.
• Maintain records of risk assessments and compliance activities for continuous improvement.
