Job summary

• Strong understanding of risk frameworks and control design is preferred.
• Ability to coordinate risk assessments with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the company's risk framework.
• Coordinate and conduct risk assessments with business units/project teams.
• Monitor risk mitigation actions and follow up on identified risks with stakeholders.
• Assist in reviewing and strengthening internal controls, policies, and business processes.
• Support compliance monitoring to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in internal/external audits (documentation preparation & follow-up).
• Prepare risk, compliance, and management reports with accurate records.
