About your role:
As a Risk Control Specialist, you won't just be analysing data – You'll dive deep into user behaviour, market nuances, and product intricacies, wielding your analytical prowess to identify and mitigate potential risks before they impact our success. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with customer service, business, operations, and audit teams to investigate and clarify user objections to transaction orders.
Partner with monitoring to analyze risky users and orders, providing actionable recommendations.
Proactively monitor warehouse receipts and platform positions, delivering daily analysis reports on position composition.
Analyze historical trading data (user methods, processes, P&L, potential risks) to generate analysis reports and recommend observation or disposal strategies.
Maintain a watchlist of key users, continuously tracking and reporting their transactions and behaviors daily.
Monitor and assess risks associated with trading product parameters and varieties, offering informed suggestions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or related economic management field.
3+ years of experience in risk control, trading, or market making within the stock, forex, futures, or digital currency industries.
Extensive knowledge of financial trading, including techniques, mechanisms, and products, with the ability to independently analyze trading psychology and processes to understand user behavior and the underlying financial aspects.
Strong understanding of transaction financial risks, various risk types, and mitigation methods, coupled with a solid theoretical foundation in risk control and the ability to identify and address risks promptly.
Proven mathematical statistics and analytical skills, familiarity with trading indicators, and the ability to extract, analyze, and summarize data from diverse sources.
A proactive learner with a strong investigative mindset, capable of independently identifying and synthesizing patterns, and adaptable to new challenges.
Proficiency in coding (SQL, Python) and data visualization tools (e.g., PBI).
