Job Responsibilities

• Identify and assess operational, financial, and strategic risks.
• Perform regular risk assessments and create mitigation plans with stakeholders.
• Analyze processes and data to detect risk exposures and control weaknesses.
• Help develop and monitor compliance policies and frameworks.
• Work with various teams to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Conduct site visits to review operational practices and compliance.
• Track compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Encourage a risk-aware culture through training and team engagement.

Job Requirements

• Degree holder.
• 3 years of experience in risk management, internal audit, compliance, process improvement, or business control functions.
• Experienced in J-SOX compliance will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, data-savvy, understands risk assessment and compliance frameworks well.
