Job summary

Endowus in Singapore is seeking a Compliance Analyst to review onboarding processes, perform AML/CFT checks, and support ongoing due diligence across client segments. You will collaborate with Compliance Operations and audit teams to ensure regulatory alignment.

Ideal candidates hold a diploma or bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years in financial institutions or fintech, and are proactive, detail-oriented, and able to start on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Review new clients and onboarding enhancements requiring Compliance approval.

• Perform ongoing due diligence on existing clients and prepare suspicious transaction reports (STRs).
• Support cross-functional compliance testing and regulatory reporting activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Review of new clients and relevant enhanced due diligence (EDD) performed during onboarding process requiring approval from Compliance
• Conduct annual and trigger-based review / assessment of clients flagged by Compliance Operations in relation to AML/CFT requirements
• Perform ongoing due diligence on existing clients
• Prepare suspicious transaction reports (STRs)
• Support cross-functional Compliance testing programmes (e.g. review of marketing materials)
• Perform representatives licensing application, cessation and maintenance / review exercises to ensure compliance with licensed representatives’ obligations
• Support gathering of information for audit inspections/regulatory reporting
• Carry out other compliance-related work as required

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor degree holder 1-3 years of relevant experience in similar roles in FIs or other fintech; fresh graduates with relevant internships will also be considered
• Working knowledge of AML/CFT and experience in similar role

• Candidates able to start work on short notice will have an advantage
