What we’re looking for

• Any Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Statistics degree - nice to have, not required.
• Curious, likes understanding why things happen.
• Comfortable with numbers (Excel skills are a plus).
• Detail-oriented but not a perfectionist who overthinks everything.
• Good communicator — can explain risk in plain English.
