Job summary

Monee is seeking a motivated Risk analytics intern/graduate to join our Singapore team. You will monitor risk exposures, analyze trends, and help produce reports for management.

You will work with Excel, SQL, and Python, support risk frameworks and audits, and collaborate with Product, Operations, and Finance to drive actionable insights in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance/economics/accounting or related field, graduating by July 2027.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL and Python.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
• Experience in risk management, treasury, or banking operations is a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the bank’s overall risk exposures and ensure adherence to risk limits and policies

Requirements

• Currently pursuing/possesses a Bachelor's Degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field at a reputable university with strong academic credentials/results, expected to graduate by July 2027 and join us by August 2027
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL and Python. Familiarity with data visualization tools is an advantage
• Prior internship/full-time/part-time working experience in risk management, treasury, banking operations, or related field is a plus
• Comfortable with ambiguity and yet able to steer analytics projects toward clear business goals, testable hypotheses and action-oriented outcomes
• Ability to interpret financial data and translate findings into actionable insights
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
