Job Description

• Assist in the calculation of daily, monthly and quarterly risk and performance reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Contribute to performance attribution analysis including the use of factor models across asset classes and strategies, help identify drivers of alpha and risk-adjusted returns
• Maintain and update risk databases, ensuring all records are current and well-organised
• Produce and automate various performance reports such as building dashboards and visualizations via Excel or Tableu
• Work closely with operations and investments team to reconcile the discrepancies in data
• Contribute to the development of risk management frameworks and processes
• Monitor compliance with established risk policies and escalate issues as needed
• Provide general administrative support to the Risk & Compliance department

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools will be advantageous
