Job summary

A local RHVAC services firm in Singapore seeks an experienced RHVAC Technician. The ideal candidate will lead teams in commissioning, servicing, and troubleshooting RHVAC systems. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Refrigeration Engineering and at least 2 years of relevant experience are required. Strong technical writing and English communication skills are essential for preparing project reports.

Proficient in Refrigeration Cycle and RHVAC troubleshooting (Refrigeration, Heating, Ventilation, and Air-Conditioning)

Job Description

Attend or lead a team of workers at job sites to carry out various activities including:

1. RHVAC commissioning
2. Servicing
3. Troubleshooting
4. Installation of equipment/appliances
5. Coordination or participation in commercial meetings
6. Survey/inspection

Resource and project planning.

Liaison with clients on project technicalities when required.

Write survey/inspection reports.

Prepare progress reports and close-out reports for each assigned task.

Assist Sales and Commercial Department with material and labor estimates for quotation purposes.

Requirements

• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or Refrigeration Engineering (Bachelor’s Degree)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in RHVAC field
• Proficient in Refrigeration Cycle and RHVAC troubleshooting
• Proficient in written and spoken English communication skills
• Proficient in material take-off and labor estimation for RHVAC projects
• Good understanding of electrical circuit diagrams and HVAC controls (Electrical and PLC)
• Strong technical writing skills
• Good leadership, coaching, and analytical skills
