Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage open systems within the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, implement solutions, and enhance system performance.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems related to hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
• Conduct root cause analysis of incidents and implement preventive measures to minimize future incidents.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for optimization.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new Image for Windows OS 2025.

OS Skills: Redhat Linux (7, 8 & 9) & Microsoft Windows 2012R2 to 2025

Cluster: Veritas Infoscale, Pacemaker

Scripting: Bash shell scripting

Hardware: HP, DELL

Virtualization: VMware

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Proven experience in managing open systems
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols
• Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Shell or Python
• Familiarity with incident management tools like ServiceNow or JIRA
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) / Windows Server Administration Certification is preferable
