Job description

    The RFP Analyst is responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs, including analyzing requirements, coordinating response efforts, and ensuring timely and accurate submissions. You will develop a comprehensive project plan for each RFP response, collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary information, and draft, edit, and compile proposal content. Your role will also involve conducting quality assurance checks, maintaining a repository of proposal templates, and staying informed about industry trends to ensure competitive proposals.Key Responsibilities:- Review and analyze RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs to understand client requirements and scope of work- Develop project plans for RFP responses, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones- Coordinate with internal departments to gather information and ensure alignment with proposal requirements- Draft, edit, and compile proposal content, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance with client specifications- Conduct thorough reviews of proposal documents to ensure consistency, completeness, and adherence to branding standards- Maintain a repository of proposal templates and track RFP win/loss rates for improvementRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field- 3-5 years of experience in RFP response development or proposal writing- Excellent project management and organizational skills- Strong written and verbal communication abilities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management software- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines- Analytical mindset and ability to respond to complex requirements- Team player with strong interpersonal skillsPreferred Qualifications:- Experience as an RFP specialist/analyst in the BPO industry- Knowledge of procurement processes and best practicesBenefits:- Great Company Culture- Career Growth and Learning Opportunities- Fully Remote Work(Note: The above job description is a summary based on the provided details and may not cover all aspects of the actual job responsibilities),
