Job summary

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and 1–3 years in RF design or testing are required; hands-on experience with Keysight ADS, HFSS, CST, and RF measurement tools (VNA, spectrum analyzer) is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of RF design, testing, or validation; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong understanding of RF/microwave engineering fundamentals and practical hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, simulate, and optimize RF/microwave circuits and subsystems (e.g., power amplifiers, filters, antennas, matching networks).
• Conduct RF testing, validation, and troubleshooting using VNA, spectrum analyzer, and signal generators.
• Develop and implement test procedures to ensure product performance and reliability.
• Analyze test data, prepare technical reports, and document design iterations.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and mechanical engineers for system integration and performance.
• Support prototype builds, system tuning, and root cause analysis for RF-related issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance design efficiency and test accuracy.
• Stay updated with emerging RF technologies, tools, and industry standards.
